I am afraid it is Stem Blight. There is nothing you can do to help the Brugmansia :(
Would you be so kind to tell me what hybrid it is ? Thank you :)

Oh no; I hope it is not that one in the picture, that has SB.
The flowerof it has a very nice shape und I like the golden yellow color of it. It resembles much the variety Marbach, that is very a common variety here in Germany and luckily SB resistant.

SB is caused by Phoma. Not all Brugmansia - hybrids are sensitive for it. I have bred with SB - sick hybrids and got SB - resistant seedlings out of such crosses. Apparently is the Phoma sensitivity of a plant a matter of genes.csillag3112 hat geschrieben:Monika thank you for your advice, I have deeply cut the wood into a healthy choose from the ground roots look respray still many more times. Maybe it's some Alternaria or similar, I want to ask - it can also be a lot of water and cold?
It can also be the result of to much water and cold. It weakens the immune system of the plant and encourages fungi to attack the plant. If that is the cause, you have perhaps a chance to save that Brugmansia. I cross my fingers for you :)
