Your plant has Stem Blight. Once a plant is infected, it cannot be cured. Highly susceptible for it are many in Yellow flowering B. x cubensis like Charles Grimaldi, Dr. Seuss etc, but only a few of the White and Pinks. You have to throw the plant away; I am sorry that I have no better news for you.

Stem Blight comes into a otherwise healthy Brugmansia collection through trades or buys of plants out of collections where Stem Blight was to able to establish itself even if all infected plants were selected out and destroyed.
When trading cuttings, I recommend the thoroughly cleaning of all plant parts with water.

Monika, thank you for that information. I never know exactly what that is; i thought that's just a simple scratch that  would  hell later on.

Corabell, not every scratch on a Brugmansia stem has to be Stem Blight; when you take closer look at the stem of the pictured plant,  the scars appear to be framed by dark brownish boundary. That is a typical sign for the Stem Blight infection. It distinguishes SB from injury scars and cork.

Stem Blight can be transfered to your other Brugs but only those, that are susceptible, will get sick.

It is not Stem Blight on your New Orleans Lady. Cool temperatures over a longer period of time are often the cause for these kind of dark spots. You should watch them in order to avoid the establishing of a fungus infection.
